Cancellations

In case you need to cancel your appointment with The A Team Appliance Repair, please make sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled date/time.

If you call to cancel during non-business hours, please leave a detailed message ( your name and address, and time of scheduled appointment).

If you booked your appointment on the same day, please cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Please be considered of our technicians time and effort to arrive to your appointment on time. In case you fail to cancel on time (as stated above), we will need to charge the cost of the service call ( $80+HST) in order to compensate our technicians.
